Injection only on a non-swollen knee, preferably under ultrasound guidance; the product is supplied in a pre-filled syringe for convenience and safety.

3 injections spaced 1 month apart, then maintenance every 3-5 months

WHAT TO EXPECT OVER THE TIME

• Within 1–2 weeks: First perceptible improvements
• At 4th week: Significant pain reduction (70–82.7% at 30 days)
• At 3–6 months: Stable and durable results
• After 6 months: Results are maintained; re-treat if necessary
